Digital Account Manager

Civille isn’t your typical corporate agency. We’re an emerging team in Oshkosh, building a high-growth platform for law firms nationwide. We need an Account Manager who can handle a lot of different tasks, from building a website to working on a Google Business Profile, and who does well in a fast-paced setting. You’re not just keeping track of a list of things to do; you’re also building good relationships with clients that will keep them coming back.
What You’ll Do
End-to-End Management
You’ll lead clients from the initial website kickoff through the development process and into a long-term marketing strategy.
The Bridge
You are the link between the client and our dev team, translating a lawyer’s vision into technical reality and ensuring best practices are followed.
Strategy & Value
Once a site is live, you’ll walk clients through their reporting metrics, showing them the direct value of Civille’s lead-gen products.
Hands-on Marketing
This isn’t just a “talking” role. You’ll be active in content development and daily GBP management to keep our firm moving forward.
What You Bring
Agency Grit
You’re motivated to grow with a small company. You have a baseline understanding of SEO and Paid Ads and know your way around a CRM (HubSpot experience is a big plus).
Communication
You are a natural when speaking to clients. You can turn a complex reporting meeting into a positive experience that builds trust.
Local Roots
You can work from home most of the time, but you need to be in the Oshkosh office a few days a week to work with the team.
