Overview
Tosh Colls Family Law, founded by Tarah Tosh and Kirstie Colls, set out to create a law firm that looked and felt different from the traditional patriarchal mold. They envisioned a brand rooted in professionalism and sophistication, but also empathy and approachability.
After a frustrating experience with a previous designer, they partnered with Civille to bring their vision to life, starting with a bold new logo and culminating in a fully integrated, modern website. The result? A stunning brand presence that not only reflects their values but also connects seamlessly with their practice management system, Smokeball.

Logo Design: From Concept to Identity
Tosh Colls wanted a logo that stood out in the family law space while signaling trust, collaboration, and expertise. Civille worked through multiple iterations, incorporating specific requests from Tarah and Kirstie to ensure every detail was perfect.
Key Elements of the Final Logo
- Three “E’s” representing Expertise, Empathy, and Experience, the firm’s core commitments.
- Honeycomb motif symbolizing collaboration, teamwork, community, and abundance.
- Art deco typography for a sophisticated, professional aesthetic.
- Gold on inky sea blue color palette to convey strength, elegance, and warmth.
The final product included transparency, vector files, mockups, and a full brand kit with stationery designs and a social media suite, giving Tosh Colls a versatile identity they could carry across all platforms.Key Elements of the Final Logo

Client Experience
Tarah and Kirstie came to Civille with a mountain of ideas, moodboards, and notes. We transformed that creative chaos into a polished brand and website they’re proud to share.
Partnering with Wes and the team at Civille was a fantastic experience. We arrived with many disparate ideas, and they masterfully transformed them into a website that far exceeded our expectations. Our new website is stunning and perfectly reflects our business’s core values. We wholeheartedly recommend Civille for an exceptional website design journey.

The Civille Difference
For many firms, a strong brand presence is just as important as digital marketing results. Tosh Colls’ journey shows how thoughtful design, a collaborative process, and attention to detail can create a firm identity that resonates with both the team and their clients.
Civille didn’t just deliver a logo and a website – we delivered a brand foundation that Tosh Colls can build on for years to come.
